Alenka Jajac-Knez, Chief Executive Officer of JGL, took part in the WiA Connect panel discussion organised by Women in Adria, held on 26 February 2026 in Zagreb.

JGL Group generated total revenue of EUR 306 million in 2025, representing a 22 per cent increase compared with the same period in 2024. Operating profit (EBITDA) amounted to EUR 60 million, up 34 per cent year on year, while profit before tax (EBT) rose by a strong 64 per cent to EUR 47 million.

For its manufacturing capacity expansion project, JGL has been awarded a record €21 million in tax incentives by the Ministry of Economy, in accordance with the Investment Promotion Act.

Over the past month and a half, students took part in Realizator, the university case study competition organised by the University of Rijeka Foundation. The award ceremony was held on 4 December 2025. 

JGL has organised Heart Allies Day for the first time – a new initiative aimed at raising awareness of the importance of regular monitoring of cardiometabolic risk factors. The event was carried out in cooperation with the Croatian League for Hypertension, with support from its student sections and partners. Employee turnout was exceptional – 175 colleagues took advantage of the opportunity for free health measurements and education.

At the final "JGL Drop" voluntary blood donation drive of the year, one of the best results to date was achieved since this humanitarian initiative was first launched at JGL. A total of 67 employees took part, and 54 successfully donated blood – setting a new record and underscoring the strong spirit of solidarity within the company.

The JGL Group is further strengthening its position in the pharmacy market through portfolio expansion and a new partnership with the respected US brand Polar Ice. Adrialab, a JGL Group company specialising in the production of cosmetics, dietary supplements, and medical devices, has become the exclusive distributor of Polar Ice in Croatia – a brand widely recognised for its cooling effect after sports and physical activity.

The Chief Executive Officer and member of the Management Board of JGL d.d., Mislav Vučić, will complete his mandate on 30 December 2025. Over the past eight years, through his knowledge, dedication and leadership, Mislav has achieved outstanding results and has significantly contributed to JGL’s development into a successful, modern and globally recognized company.

On 21 October 2025, Women in Adria – the largest regional network of businesswomen and women entrepreneurs – held the “WiA Connect – Quality Management” conference in Zagreb.

Combusten Spray from Adrialab, JGL's daughter company, has won the coveted Grazia Best of Beauty 2025 award for cosmetics in the "Best After Sun Care Product" category.

JGL is once again a holder of the Employer Partner certificate, awarded by the SELECTIO Group, as well as the special Above & Beyond distinction, presented to companies ranked among the top 10 percent in the region for the quality of their HR practices and their impact on people.

As part of a multi-day working meeting in the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, JGL was visited yesterday by County Prefect Ivica Lukanović and members of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats in the European Parliament. The delegation included more than twenty MEPs, among them Croatian representatives Biljana Borzan, Romana Jerković, Tonino Picula, and Marko Vešligaj, as well as the Chair of the S&D Group, Iratxe García Pérez.
