President of the Board of Directors

Eva Usmiani Capobianco was born on 24 March 1982 in Rijeka. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka with a focus on "Management" in April 2006, and earned her master’s degree in Madrid 2007, with a focus on “Company Management and Control”. She started her career at JGL in September 2007, an assumed responsibility in JGL’s Board of Directors on 1 January 2015. On December 31, 2024, she was appointed President of the Board of Directors.

Deputy President of the Board of Direcotrs

Dino Ćoza Saršon was born on 9 October 1988. He graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of the University of Zagreb and completed his MBA at the WU Executive Academy in Vienna. He was a Member of the Board at JGL’s subsidiary Adrialab. He was appointed a Member of the Board of Directors on 1 July 2021 and, as such, assumed responsibility for the supervision of the Group’s strategic initiatives and the development of the corporate governance process. He is the employer’s authorised person for cooperation with the Workers’ Council.

Member of the Board of Directors

Ivo Usmiani was born on Pag, on 10 November 1953. He graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of the University of Zagreb in 1977, where he further specialized in pharmaceutical technology (production of drugs) in 1988. He has been the company’s director since the founding of JGL in 1991 and President of the Board from 2015 to 2024. Currently he serves as a Member of the Board of Directors.

Member of the Board of Directors 

Grozdana Božić was born in Zagreb, on 22 February 1952. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb in 1975. She had a successful business career as a lawyer, and assumed the position of a member of the Supervisory Board on 27 October 2011. She assumed the responsibility of a member of the Board of Directors on 1 January 2015.

Member of the Board of Directors, Employee Representative

Renata Miculinić was born on 17 January 1970. She graduated from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management in 1992. She began her career at JGL in 1999, working on liquidity management in Corporate Finance. She assumed the responsibility of a member of the Board of Directors in June 2024.

Member of the Board of Directors 

Sanja Katalinić was born in Zagreb on 28 March 1963. After completing her education in Rijeka, Sanja began working in her own company, initially involved in wholesale and later expanding into production. Sanja’s primary focus was on finance and accounting during this time. On 1 July 2022, Sanja Katalinić was appointed a Member of the Issuer’s Board of Directors.
