JGL will award a one-time HRK 4,000 gross bonus to all employees of the JGL Group in all of its markets, tax-free in Croatia, and subject to local taxation laws in other countries. The bonus will paid in December and is unrelated to the Christmas bonus or other benefits.
- Although we will not see the final results until the first quarter of next year, we are proud of the fact that we have largely fulfilled our plans despite unstable market conditions and certain external factors, such as the rouble exchange rate volatility and political instability between Russia and the Ukraine, says Ivo Usmiani, JGL’s Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Since December will have a further positive impact on the results, the company believes they can do even better.
- This year we managed to change a lot of our existing business activities and introduce some new ones. What gives us the greatest amount of joy is the independent market data that shows us exceeding market growth and achieving a market share with all of our key brands. As a result, our revenue and profitability are increasing, and our debt continues to decrease. Awarding this bonus to all of our employees in all of the countries the Group operates in is a way of saying thank you for the hard work and effort that went into achieving these results, says JGL’s CEO Mislav Vučić, adding that they expect further growth in all segments in 2019 as well.
