After agreeing on B2B cooperation for the Aqua Maris product line back in September 2017 with our partner in South Korea, at the beginning of October 2018 representatives of the South Korean company paid a visit to JGL.
Our hosts from the Global Business Development Management team, led by Director Dunja Siuc Valković, used the visit as an opportunity to show them JGL’s new production facilities at the Pharma Valley complex, and present opportunities to develop and expand the partnership, especially in the ophthalmology segment. The South Korean company was founded in 1943, and generates most of its revenue on the domestic market, predominantly by producing eye drops.
In the past year, multidisciplinary teams have worked intensively to prepare the documentation needed to register Aqua Maris products in this important market. The beginning of the registration process is expected in the first quarter of 2019.
