After the third expert seminar on the topic of dry eye held in October last year at JGL entitled “Eye Health Symposium,” a successful new edition was held at the end of February in Riyadh, the capital city of the growing B2B market for JGL – the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The gathered group of over sixty ophthalmologists heard details about the strategic direction, technological and developmental focus and plans for future growth of JGL in a presentation by Dunja Siuc Valković, Director of Global Business Development, and attended expert lectures by Prof. Sonja Jandroković, member of the JGL Science Advisory Board, and Prof. Bassam Ahmed El Kady. The event was also attended by the Croatian Ambassador, Tomislav Bošnjak and State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Zdenko Lucić.
Vizol S was launched in Saudi Arabia in September 2020. After successfully positioning the brand and great sales results, in the current year JGL is planning to register two more products from this brand.
A comprehensive business review was held which, in addition to the Vizol S brand, also included Aqua Maris, already present in this market, and future JGL portfolio, as well as an interactive Vizol S workshop.
