On 14 November 2024, the association Croatian Exporters (HIZ) marked twenty years of operations joined by representatives of relevant institutions, partners, collaborators and Croatian exporters. During the ceremony celebrating this milestone anniversary, the prestigious “Platinum Key” awards were presented.
The awards were given to exporters who have demonstrated continued excellence in exports over the past ten, or rather seventeen years of the “Golden Key” award. We are proud to be recognised among Croatia’s top exporters!
Alongside JGL, other award winners included AD Plastik, Altpro, Dok-Ing, E.G.O. Elektro-komponente, HS Produkt, Končar Distribution and Special Transformers, Končar Power Transformers, LPT, Pliva, Podravka and Vetropack Straža. Over this period, our company has proudly received nine “Golden Key” awards, with the latest platinum edition accepted by CEO Mislav Vučić. In his remarks, he thanked employees, customers, partners, and colleagues for their support, highlighting that exporters represent the most competitive segment of the Croatian economy.
At the ceremony, Davor Baković , President of the Croatian Exporters Association, emphasised the need to continuously strengthen Croatian export competencies rooted in knowledge and high added value.
“This is the safest way for us as a society to secure and achieve a high standard and reputation within the elite European community to which we belong. Countries are defined by the quality and quantity of the products they export,” said Baković.
Over the past twenty years, HIZ has brought together Croatian exporters, advocated for their interests with relevant institutions and in the media, organised training and events on export-related topics, and worked to raise public awareness about the necessity of exports and their importance for the overall economy of the Republic of Croatia.
