JGL wins the regional “Top Workplace” award in the pharmaceuticals category! Established in 2023, the award aims to recognise employers who have set the highest standards in employee satisfaction and achieved above-average results in the workplace. This year, 58 companies, employing a total of 32,460 people, took part in the selection process.
The Luppa Company Award recognises companies that have successfully fostered a positive work culture, created a stimulating environment, and provided conditions that enable employees to grow and feel valued. The companies are divided into 21 categories, representing various sectors and industries.
Three criteria were used to evaluate employers: Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), engagement and an overall score based on 12 dimensions of satisfaction: communication, work-life balance, leadership, cooperation, learning and development, work organisation, engagement, loyalty, innovation and change management, working conditions, vision and purpose, and autonomy.
The results of the climate and employee satisfaction survey of each company are compared to a benchmark representing the average results of the market and industry in which the company operates. Only companies with results at least 20% above this benchmark can win the award.
