The last week of May was reserved for the “DRIVE Academy Training Days”, a multi-day event for JGL’s SEE markets covering various topics aimed at improving business processes.
DRIVE Academy is an international project that enables employees to improve their knowledge and skillset, encourages the exchange of good practices, and strengthens relationships between colleagues working in different, remote markets.
The event was aimed at sales and marketing teams from five JGL markets and covered four topics – Pharmacy Excellence Selling Model, JGL Selling Model, Coaching and Time-Sensitive Selling. The participants discussed sales theory and different approaches to clients, showcased real-life examples, and practised role-playing scenarios.
