An interesting and educational event called "Teddy Bear Hospital" was held at the Zrinjevac square in Zagreb. It was organised by two student associations - the Students' Section of the Croatian Medical Association (SSHLZ) and the European Medical Students' Association (EMSA).
Many children participated in the event together with their parents, all with the aim of reducing children's fear of doctors and white medical robes. The specially designed workshops served to inform the children, in a fun and interactive manner, about the work of physicians, the way in which a doctor's office works, as well as about the procedures and medical equipment used during examinations. JGL provided support for this educational event.
