The first case study contest of the University of Rijeka, the popular "Realizator”, launched its third edition.
The project is aimed at providing students with practical experience in solving real-world business challenges, developing presentation and marketing skills, supporting professional educators, connecting with other creative students and businesses, and developing innovative ideas.
The positive experience from last year’s Realizator contest motivated JGL’s team to participate again this year. Alongside five other businesses and institutions, JGL offered the students a business case study entitled Penetration (growth) of the Vizol S brand in Croatia through innovation ("Penetracije (rasta) brenda Vizol S u Hrvatskoj kroz inovaciju”).
Anna Maria Donadić, JGL’s Director of Strategic Marketing, introduced and presented the case, emphasizing that the key task is to introduce innovation into the brand using new products in the Vizol S line, a new application method of existing or new products, using advanced manufacturing technologies and new forms of promotion and communication with consumers and doctors, or a combination of these parameters.
The aim of the proposed innovation is to raise awareness of the issue of dry eye in the general population, increase product use among existing users, and to expand the user base in Croatia. The contest is open to students of the University of Rijeka, and as of this year, to students of the Polytechnic of Rijeka as well.
