JGL’s new OTC medication, FungilacSET 50 mg/ml, is a medicated nail lacquer used to treat fungal nail infections.
This OTC medication contains the active substance amorolfine and belongs to the group of antimycotic medications.
Amorolfine in the medicated FungilacSET nail lacquer destroys a wide range of fungi that cause nail infections. Amorolfine permeates the nail and spreads through it, which allows it to act against hard-to-reach fungi in the nail bed. By using this method of administration, the systemic absorption of the active substance remains very limited.
The fungicidal action of our FungilacSET 50 mg/ml medicated nail lacquer is based on changing the fungal cell wall, and its most important function is eliminating fungal infections and restoring the nail, thereby completely healing the affected areas.
