JGL is once again a holder of the Employer Partner certificate, awarded by the SELECTIO Group, as well as the special Above & Beyond distinction, presented to companies ranked among the top 10 percent in the region for the quality of their HR practices and their impact on people.
The Above & Beyond recognition is awarded in five categories – Impact, Satisfaction, Inclusion, Innovation, and Future – and this year, JGL was especially recognised for Innovation and Future Orientation, reaffirming its commitment to systematically building a culture that goes beyond established standards in people management.
While the Employer Partner certificate confirms the quality and transparency of HR practices, Above & Beyond goes a step further – recognizing the long-term impact on people and the business. For JGL, this is not merely recognition of a single function, but a validation of an organization that has both structure and heart.
The award was presented at the 9th Lider HR Conference, held on 17 October 2025, where Lorena Dika, Director of Corporate HR, took part in a panel discussion on HR strategies that make a difference.
On that occasion, she emphasised that JGL has been growing organically for 35 years at an average annual rate of around 20%, with the goal of doubling this growth within the next five years. At the heart of that growth, she noted, lies the People Strategy – not as a companion to the business strategy, but as its very core – because it is in JGL’s DNA to give every step of growth meaning and to always put people first.
"Recognitions like this confirm that meaningful growth doesn’t happen by chance. Behind every result stand people, trust, and a system that learns and evolves together. Our goal is to grow sustainably – through development, unity, and a culture that gives meaning to every success,” concluded Dika, Corporate HR Director.
The Above & Beyond recognition confirms that JGL builds success not only through numbers, but through relationships, culture, and trust – values that truly make a difference in a world of work that is constantly evolving.
