Organised by the Croatian Chamber of Economy, the sixth “Let’s Support Sustainability” (cro. Podržimo održivo) conference took place in Zagreb on 9 and 10 September 2025 under the topic RE:START. The event brought together experts and leaders from business, politics, and science to discuss topics related to the green transition, sustainable business practices, and the challenges ahead.

The sports and recreational event “All Faces of Platak” (Sva lica Platka) took place on 23 and 24 August 2025, bringing together 700 participants from Croatia and the region for a weekend filled with adrenaline, sports, and socialising.

JGL Group continues its trend of strong growth and consolidation of market positions, achieving total revenues of EUR 156 million in the first half of the year, representing a 22% increase compared to the same period last year.

At the beginning of July, the “Trust Your Eyes” project was launched in the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina, offering a new approach to patient care through intraocular pressure and dry eye measurements carried out in pharmacies.

Organised by the Croatian Medical Students’ International Committee (CroMSIC), the eighth Diving Medicine Summer School took place from 1 to 8 July 2025. This unique initiative, combining diving and healthcare, gathered students from France, Switzerland, Sweden, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Canada and Mexico, who explored the fields of underwater and hyperbaric medicine in Rijeka and on the islands of Krk and Cres – all under the expert guidance of Croatian physicians and diving instructors.

The 12th Export Conference organised by the Lider Exporters’ Club under the title "Smart People Know What Exports Are For", was held on 1 July 2025 in Zagreb, bringing together leading Croatian exporters and representatives of regulatory and financial institutions. JGL supported the event, reaffirming its commitment to strengthening Croatian exports. 

Ljekarna Pablo in Delnice is proudly celebrating 150 years of continuous operation, making it one of the longest-standing pharmacy institutions in Croatia. To mark the occasion, on 1 July 2025 a commemorative plaque was unveiled in front of the pharmacy at Supilova 45 in a ceremony that gathered citizens, partners, and local community representatives.

On Saturday, 14 June 2025, the 11th cohort of MBA students from Algebra University visited the JGL Pharma Valley complex, as part of their final course on Digital Transformation. The students were eager to explore the practical applications of digital transformation within successful companies, and JGL served as a perfect example to illustrate the real-life journey of development.

In June 2025, JGL employees took part in two major Northern Adriatic regattas – the Primorska Regatta and Fiumanka – aboard the sailing yacht Aqua Maris. They demonstrated that team dedication, coordination, and enthusiasm can make all the difference, even when sailing conditions are less than ideal.

The B2Run Rijeka 2025 sports and business event, held on 5 June 2025, gathered over 1,400 participants from 117 companies, institutions, and organisations – including the JGL team.

At the Lider Invest Awards Ceremony, held on 13 June 2025 at the Westin Hotel in Zagreb as part of the Investment Conference hosted by the business weekly Lider, JGL was honoured with a special recognition for continuous investment for its Education Centre project. This recognition is awarded to companies that make a long-term contribution to the development of both industry and community.

On the occasion of Rijeka City Day and the feast of Saint Vitus, a ceremonial academy was held on 12 June 2025 at the Croatian National Theatre Ivan pl. Zajc, where the City of Rijeka presented its annual public recognitions. The city’s highest honour – the Lifetime Achievement Award – was presented to Ivo Usmiani, member of the JGL Board of Directors, and renowned actress Zrinka Kolak Fabijan.
